Well, we are back again and will continue as long as we are able-bodied. Location location location is such an overused but important feature and the Plaza oozes location perched right next door to Dollys Stampede. Front and back entrances with either views of the parkway or some of the Pigeon River as well. Accommodations are always being upgraded from new mattresses a year or so ago and other touches around the property. Pools and hit tubs are plenty with 2-outdoor pools and 1 - hot tub as well, both pools have kid-friendly shallow areas. Indoors there is a pool/hot tub combo so that even if the weather isn't perfect you can still relax in comfort. There are to my knowledge 3 elevators spread throughout the complex. The front or Parkway buildings are the older and once passing through tunnel sit the newer building plus the Breakfast buffet building as well. We have been using this for nearly a decade or more and stay on average 2 weeks per year. You are literally minutes to everything Pigeon Forge and at the entrance to the road to Gatlinburg, traffic is what it is 🤣🤣🤣. But there are back roadways to help avoid some traffic as well and the back entrance is a big helper also. Staff is always nice and most have been here a long time. The cleaning/maintenance crews are also nice, helpful, and friendly as well. Now being disabled finding comfortable accessible places to stay isn't always easy but rest assured we come here for a reason. Love y'all and have a wonderful stay. Tell them JACK SENT YA 😉💕❤️🙏

“Very spacious room”

We stayed for one night after attending the Pigeon Forge Bluegrass Festival. The hotel was conveniently located 2.5 miles from the LeConte Center and the price was reasonable compared to other hotels. We were in room 290, a corner room with a balcony overlooking the river. We stayed for one night after attending the Pigeon Forge Bluegrass Festival. The hotel was conveniently located 2.5 miles from the LeConte Center and the price was reasonable compared to other hotels. We were in room 290, a corner room with a balcony overlooking the river. You couldn't really see the river because of the trees, but I'm sure there would be a better view of the river in the winter. Also the room was right next to River Road and there was some noise from that. There was an electric fireplace in the room. The room was clean and very spacious. The mattress was quite comfortable but the covers were lacking. Only a sheet and a thin blanket covered with another sheet. We didn't go to breakfast or to the pool. I would stay here again,

“Restful Nights”

The beds are so comfortable I rested sleep like a baby and enjoyed the pools indoors and outdoors with the hot tubs and jacuzzi. My husband and I love the indoor jacuzzi and balcony facing the road that way we get to watch the traffic and all the nice cars

We enjoyed our stay. Nice location for a lot of Pigeon Forge restaurants and activities. Breakfast had many choices and the serving area was very clean. Pool areas were beautiful. One thing I would like to point out is that we booked a “river view “ room and it does overlook a road and then the river. The road isn’t terribly busy, but it can be noisy at times. Wasn’t exactly what we envisioned when we booked the room.
