“Great resort, bad sales attempt”
I was given a renovated unit and was very pleased. Overall, I am very happy with the unit itself, spacious and clean. I was given a renovated unit and was very pleased. Overall, I am very happy with the unit itself, spacious and clean. It is just the marketing people that tried to sell me membership that put a dent into this experience. The front desk giving us the room key was great, no issues here. But then I was directed to marketing group that tried to sell me something. They are relentless and didn't take no for an answer. They also kept calling me all week to both my room phone and my cell phone. Wyndham should provide an option for an already RCI member to opt out from this marketing attempt.

“Great Facility with oceanfront rooms, but skip the presentation.”
After check in you have to talk to the "Concierge" for your wristband which are required at the resort and double as your room key. Warning, they will talk your arm off, offer you rewards if you go to their "Presentation" which they lie and say it is not a timeshare presentation (BS). After a long… lisää
After check in you have to talk to the "Concierge" for your wristband which are required at the resort and double as your room key. Warning, they will talk your arm off, offer you rewards if you go to their "Presentation" which they lie and say it is not a timeshare presentation (BS). After a long journey it is not fun being extorted to sign up for the "Presentation". And, having to say no for 20 minutes before they will relent and give you your armbands. Then the phone calls. Hello, I am on Vacation! That said, the resort is really very nice with all oceanfront rooms. We had a great time.

“Always a pleasure”
I've enjoyed every visit to this resort. My only complaint is navigating which floor gets you access to the sky bridge.

“Noisy!!”
Very noisy place, construction above our unit, noisy neighbors and road traffic. I need another vacation 🙃. The parking situation is not ideal and convoluted to reach. If you have any trouble walking it could be a struggle. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

“Mixed thoughts”
This hotel is really a mixed bag. from the outside it looks like one of the nicer places on the beach but further back behind the nice entryway is an old creepy building that doesn't seem to be in use. This hotel is really a mixed bag. from the outside it looks like one of the nicer places on the beach but further back behind the nice entryway is an old creepy building that doesn't seem to be in use. During our stay it had a fire alarm go off multiple times in the middle of the night and police/fire kept having to come to the building. the inside is nice but no where near the quality you can get in nicer towns for less money. Staff were a bit off putting as well and the guy at the front desk creeped my wife out a bit. Looking elsewhere in the future.
