It's a nice property with a great pool. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are huge; we loved the in-room jacuzzi. They give you plenty of bath & beach towels. They should offer robes in the rooms. We stayed on the east side, near the train. We were offered ear plugs but the noise wasn't that bad. The "rent two chairs & a beach umbrella" for the whole stay was a good deal. What we paid for the whole time was less than the beach vendors were getting for 1 day. If you are there more than 2 days definitely do this. We never got our free two bottles of water though. (N.B. they were the small bottles not a full 16 oz bottle) Instead of room keys you get a wristband. This is a great if you have kids but I didn't like always having to wear it. I felt like it labeled us as "tourists" when we were out of the hotel. I did not like the hard push for the timeshare. We didn't go to the 2 hours presentation, even though we were promised a 2 night stay if we attended, but like most timeshares we heard unhappy people who felt like they got gipped out of whatever their promotion was. We were happy we were able to enjoy the resort after check out & shower near the pool. I was annoyed that the dispensers were out of everything: shampoo, soap etc. I was also disappointed that I couldn't get the locker key to work so I had to bring my purse into the shower with me. The space was big enough that it didn't get wet but it would have been so much better to be able to securely store my belongings while showering. The ocean view from the pool is one of my favorite parts of this hotel. The activities center is another good feature for kids but didn't offer much for adults.

“Great Location and plenty of space for family!”

We stayed in a comfortable 2 bedroom room and had everything we needed for our family. The checkin is high pressure timeshare pitch to get what you need. We already own but the pressure didn't stop. Was a little disappointed in the game room only having ping pong. Location was excellent!

Stayed there Tues to Friday in a 2 bedroom with partial view of ocean. We typically stay at a VRBO on the beach. Room was nice. Staff was friendly. Had jet tubs in master tub. Stayed there Tues to Friday in a 2 bedroom with partial view of ocean. We typically stay at a VRBO on the beach. Room was nice. Staff was friendly. Had jet tubs in master tub. Standard condo timeshare type room. Close to beach and lots of other things. Thursday street fare was cool. The 7th floor SkyView lounge, is a quiet place you can full oceanfront views where most guests don't go. We went up there and had bagels and coffee one morning and no one bothered us. Probably be nice if you brought some drinks at sunset. Things we didn't like was the pool was overcrowded for entire stay. Parking is $40 per night which is excessive. Water pressure for the showers was terrible. Also, the pillows for the king size bed were twin size which shouldn't happen ever at a place like this for the price you pay. Bed was comfortable. Also, can't stream or cast Netflix movies to TV unless you bring your own device to do so. That would have been really nice, and is something that should be available at a place like this.
