“Amazing customer service”
The front desk staff were lovely, Tim and Asia. They were the best! They made our stay even better. They were friendly and funny and welcoming from the second we walked in. The beds were also very comfortable, and the shower products were great.

“A great spot if you are in Newark”
We had a layover in Newark of 11 hours so we called the IHG central reservations team who were amazing. They looked at the best hotels for us and booked us into the Holiday Inn at Newark International Airport. We had a layover in Newark of 11 hours so we called the IHG central reservations team who were amazing. They looked at the best hotels for us and booked us into the Holiday Inn at Newark International Airport. We arrived by Uber as it was cold and we had just arrived from Tampa, so the temperature difference was noticeable. We checked in, got a coffee from the lovely man at the coffee shop in the lobby, and went to our room. The central reservations team noted that we wanted a room which was in a quiet area and we got just that, right at the end of a corridor. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed, shower and bath (the bath was great, as a warm muscle ache relief from our travels so far). The room also had great views of New York which I had never seen before. We got about 5 hours, if not a little more, of really good sleep which would help us, as our total travel time would be around 31 hours from Tampa back to Waterford, Ireland. This stop was a lifesaver. Plus the free Airport shuttle was just excellent. 10 mins door to door.
