“Great staff, good location, fair price”
The staff was very friendly and responsive. Their bar is well staffed in the evening and the facilities are well maintained. Was there in low season when many places are barebones and service level is low because lack of help but not this hotel. They maintained their level of service.

“Great place to stay in the Dells”
We had a wonderful stay. We have stayed at all the Hilton properties in the Dells. This is by far the best. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean and taken care of. “Great Hotel Close to Everything in the Dells”
Stayed here when I was in town to do a presentation at a conference. Hotel is located right on the main strip of the Dells water park area, but it is set back so you do not have the road noise as you do with other hotels. My room was huge and nicely equipped. Stayed here when I was in town to do a presentation at a conference. Hotel is located right on the main strip of the Dells water park area, but it is set back so you do not have the road noise as you do with other hotels. My room was huge and nicely equipped. Quiet with a nice comfortable bed. I had a corner high level room with a nice view off the balcony which made it very nice for morning coffee. The lobby area had some work being done but it was not a distraction and certainly did not dampen my stay. Staff was very kind and polite. I will definitely return.

“Stay could have been better”
The person at the front desk was rude. We were settling in our room and had the safety lock on and someone tried to enter our room. It was an employee trying to supposedly return a side table which was not from our room. The room did not meet the Hilton brand standards. When we checked out we were… lisää

It was an employee trying to supposedly return a side table which was not from our room. The room did not meet the Hilton brand standards. When we checked out we were never asked how our stay was. Could not believe that at least continental breakfast was not included, they charge for it.
