“Good experience”
Stayed at this hotel for a night before our cruise. Very convenient to the port. There is access to the Riverwalk for a stroll around to Baypoint Park. Valet parking was great. Dylan was very pleasant and professional, and he took good care of us.

“Excellent location”
The hotel was beautiful and centrally located near attractions and close to the airport. Right in the centre of Miami Downtown. The staff was very friendly and polite. The hotel was beautiful and centrally located near attractions and close to the airport. Right in the centre of Miami Downtown. The staff was very friendly and polite. Spacy and modern room with amazing views to Downtown and Miami River. Two large beds in our room were probably the most comfortable we have slept in. The breakfast was good, fruit juice, tea, coffee, fresh bread to toast, fruit, yoghurts, cereals, eggs, equipment for fresh waffles preparation etc. You can take as much as you want. We will definitely return.

“Good value for location and amenities”
This is a solid hotel if you are spending a night in Miami and need a safe, clean, and comfortable place to stay. This is a solid hotel if you are spending a night in Miami and need a safe, clean, and comfortable place to stay. We were in Miami for one night getting on a cruise the next day, so spending less than 24 hours was fine. They have a transfer to the port which is $12 a person, so cheaper than most ride shares or taxis. Overall, the value for the stay was good. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff friendly. The property seems to be run as “lean” as possible, which makes sense. They have a beautiful bar space in the lobby that we would have happily spent time at, if it was actually open, which is a shame. It’s within walking distance of Bayview Market (shops and restaurants), and is probably the best value hotel within distance of that venue (not meaning the cheapest but the a good price for what you are paying). There are small details like scratched finishes, a leaky sink, poor quality paint touch ups, and generally just little details that I wouldn’t make this place a 4 or 5. Breakfast was probably the biggest disappointment - not much selection and the breakfast area was very congested. Breakfast is included if you book through the Choice website, but you have to pay for it if you book through a third party app like Expedia, which I wouldn’t recommend. Oddly enough, the orange juice was the best part. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Again, overall not a disappointment, but not enough to warrant this being a 4 or 5 star, but don’t let that discourage you from booking.
