“Gorgeous, but Yellow! ”

Our condo was 403 and on the 4th floor. It was a beautiful room and had a gorgeous view! It provided all kitchen needs, soaps, shampoo and extra linens (except extra wash cloths). It was very clean and cable services were provided. The office of the building had very nice workers and were helpful with questions. The property was very clean and had a lot to do. The storms that had been there a few months prior messed with some of the bushes and greenery but it Wes still very well maintained. I loved this experience! The only thing that would have been nice was to have had the small things provided like salt and pepper, coffee filters for the provided coffee maker. Other than that, it was fabulous. Walking distance to so much! I could live here, honestly!🥰

“Great place for a great price”

Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff. You’re about a 4 minute drive to John’s pass, grocery store (Publix) is very close and several walk up bars/ restaurants along the boardwalk. We stayed on the 3rd floor and had a good view, but would recommend higher to get away from the beautiful p... lisää

Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff. You’re about a 4 minute drive to John’s pass, grocery store (Publix) is very close and several walk up bars/ restaurants along the boardwalk. We stayed on the 3rd floor and had a good view, but would recommend higher to get away from the beautiful palm trees blocking some of that. The pool was nice, it’s 4 1/2 ft deep at its deepest and is on the smaller side, but refreshing. All in all a great place to stay!

“Love it here!”

We always stay here when we visit St. Pete. The condos are great, with everything you need including a killer view of the beach & sunset. You have free use of beach chairs & umbrellas and the pool is great.

The room we were in was a bit run down with dated furniture, but it was clean. The odd thing here is that the front desk is only open from 9-5. Great view of the ocean, full kitchen, beach towels, and chairs to grab for the beach in the office. I did not like the bedroom having a window that ... lisää

The room we were in was a bit run down with dated furniture, but it was clean. The odd thing here is that the front desk is only open from 9-5. Great view of the ocean, full kitchen, beach towels, and chairs to grab for the beach in the office. I did not like the bedroom having a window that let in the light from the front walkway. The bed made a lot of noise but was comfortable. The staff was great and there was plenty of free parking. No resort fee either. Great value for the price and I would stay there again.
