“Excellent value and stay”

(Finishing up stay. Don't want to forget to review) Excellent value and location. I mixed up and booked a non refundable rate at this location (was looking at other Sonesta right down the road) so was a bit worried since I didn't have the breakfast perk I was looking for and the reviews are just slightly lower. ( I think people get confused between the two hotels and knock this one out of confusion). I was pleasantly surprised! The check in was very quick (you do wait right until 4pm to check in or pay 28 bucks even half an hour early), and the room was super spacious and clean. There were no odd smells like others have described. There was not a spot of dust on anything in the room. It was stocked with dishes, soap for them, and all the basic kitchen amenities. The bed was comfortable and super clean. No stains! The bathroom came stocked with shampoo and bodywash which I was not expecting. The bathroom including the tub was sparkling clean and the water was hot and pressure was good. The location is very convenient to get around. DFW is super spread out but this hotel, for me, was centrally located. There's even public transport across the street. Never had issues finding parking and my rental car was secure. They do take $100 dollars as an incidental when you check in, but say it'll be release when you check out. There is FREE laundry, just bring your own soap. Several grocery stores a 10 minute drive away. There's also a gym, but never used it. I'm very picky when it comes to places I stay at, and I'll definitely be back my next time in the area.

Room was clean, appliances (slow cooker, electric kettle, etc) available to checkout/rent. gym and laundry facilities. Their shuttle was unavailable when I was there, but they gave me Lyft credits to use, so I was still able to get to the location they promised transportation to.

“Wonderful property!!”
This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for an extensive amount of tome. Impeccable service, clean and free washing machines and dryers! You can not beat this. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for an extensive amount of tome. Impeccable service, clean and free washing machines and dryers! You can not beat this. I felt like a home away from home I was very comfortable for my 5 nights, I extended. When I come in town for work I’ll always stay here and refer my colleagues and friends. “Wonderful”
I would highly recommend this place. Hotel is clean, safe, & comfortable with nice amenities. The service from Daisy, Maria, & Claire at the front desk was great. They really went above and beyond to make our stay special. Anytime we come back to DFW area, we will certainly stay here again.

Room 213 great location great kitchenette, for it to be during a crisis it was a pleasure staying at this location and hotel. Room 213 great location great kitchenette, for it to be during a crisis it was a pleasure staying at this location and hotel. The roads are a bit confusing but one you get familiar with the directions you then realize your in a perfect location. I bring up room number because construction is going on on hotel being built in the back and for it to be so many workers and noise going on the stay was quite and peaceful I would definitely recommend. Bonus: washers and dryers onsite (come clean leave clean)
