Sijainti: Lentokenttähotelli sijaitsee on muutaman kävelyminuutin päässä Miami Springsin keskustasta. Sijainti on sopiva sekä liike- että lomamatkaajille, jotka joko saapuvat tai lähtevät matkalle Miami - International (MIA) -lentoasemalta, jonka terminaaleihin on vain 1 km. Joukkoliikenteen pysäkkejä on heti oven edustalla.

“Great customer service!”
5 stars for excellent customer service! We made a reservation to stay here for the Xmas holiday through a 3rd party travel website, but mistakenly booked the wrong night. 5 stars for excellent customer service! We made a reservation to stay here for the Xmas holiday through a 3rd party travel website, but mistakenly booked the wrong night. The travel website did very little to help us with correcting the issue. Fortunately, Sabrina the property manager and Yamarie the general manager were willing to work with us and rectify the problem quickly. We can now look forward to our Xmas vacation without any regret or stress. Sabrina and Yamarie took the time to listen to us and find a solution to our problem. It’s refreshing to know that this type of customer service is still valued at this Comfort Suites! Thank you, Sabrina and Yamarie for a job well done!

“God puts good people in your path”
I accidently booked the wrong day due to nerves from Hurricane Milton. When I called I was told I had to call Expedia to fix the problem and they were fully booked. Yomari went above and beyond and was able to change the dates to the correct one. Thanks to her we have a place to pass this storm, w… lisää
I accidently booked the wrong day due to nerves from Hurricane Milton. When I called I was told I had to call Expedia to fix the problem and they were fully booked. Yomari went above and beyond and was able to change the dates to the correct one. Thanks to her we have a place to pass this storm, we are coming from Fort Myers and are nervous enough as it is. We are extremely grateful for her thoughfulness and empathy.

“Hyvä perushotelli”
Aivan kelpo perushotelli yhden yön majoitukseen. Hyvä aamupala. Tilava huone ja hyvä sänky, ehkä liian pehmeä. Shutlebussia emme saaneet mennessä vaikka soittaessa lupasivat laittaa. Toisessa kerroksessa lentokentällä bussit ajavat hiljakseen ohi. Ilmeisesti viittelöimällä pysähtyy kun oikean huom… lisää

Toisessa kerroksessa lentokentällä bussit ajavat hiljakseen ohi. Ilmeisesti viittelöimällä pysähtyy kun oikean huomaat. Pois lähtiessä bussi ajoi tasatunnein. Erittäin ystävällinen kuljettaja. Vei meidät ja toisen pariskunnan autonvuokrausrakennukseen. Ei tarvinnut junalla mennä. Hotellin siivouksen taso näytti olevan heikohko. Likaa ja pieniä roskia nurkissa. Aivan OK majoitus.

When cruising Comfort Suites Miami Airport North has always been our top choice. Upon our post cruise, we were disappointed with the behavior from Guest Services. She was not friendly and the other staff was trying to assist us with the Cruise Shuttle signed up and she was like 11:30am which took away time from our day. The rooms need more maintenance, and proper lights, its too dark and some outlets don't work and the sofa bed had a questionable stain on it. There is a gentleman, I hope I have his name correctly Daniel/Gilbert in Guest Services, he was very helpful to me and I appreciate his assistance prior to us checking out. My daughter forgot her new Nike pair of Slides, but upon our return from our cruise no one found them, again due to proper light in the room we didn't see to grab it on our way out. upon our arrival back from the cruise I want to shout out a professional and positive Guest Services received from Ms. Giraly, she was very helpful, calm, resourceful, which made our check in very smoothly that reminded me why we always chose this particular hotel.
