“"BEST" - STAY!!!”

Starting out with making late reservations with Ms. Beatrice Sanders. She was so professional and understanding over the phone, it was as though she took the wheel and ensured that no matter how late we got there, that we would be taken good care of!!! That was reassuring to me. Once we arrived, Ms. Sander's logged everything into the computer for the next associate coming on after her so that there would be nn problem. The next day, Jen Moore at the front desk, what a delight and pleasant person she is!! I told her that I had left some very important thing out of my luggage and she immediately wrote down the directions to the nearest pharmacy and Walmart so that I can get my items. inquired to speak with Jen's Manager. Ms Patel came out to speak with me and I told her how impressed I was with the STAFF, CLEANLINESS OF OUR ROOM, QUIETNESS AND SECURITY. I told her that my husband and I will be back again and again. I was very impressed with the fitness center how clean and climate controlled it was. Jen and Beatrice and Priti has really made our long travels worth it!!! And finally, Mr. Timothy Simmons has played a vital role in helping my husband and I just want to say thanks so much for making that transition easy for us!! You have played an important role in helping us stay in a place that we love!!!

“Improved property images for better”
After long travelling from NJ, we arrived at the property around 3:05 PM on July, 18th, 2022. Looking around the property from our car, it indicated to us that the property has been under constructions as well as "NEW" management - - - It used to be Ramada. After long travelling from NJ, we arrived at the property around 3:05 PM on July, 18th, 2022. Looking around the property from our car, it indicated to us that the property has been under constructions as well as "NEW" management - - - It used to be Ramada. We then proceeded to the front Lobby and met with a friendly lady (name: Alise). To make a long story short, she advised us that rooms in the third floor have been renovated as shown in the property website ('New Photo'). She assigned us to room #307, and we inspected the room prior to bring our belongings into the room. . . . We determined that the room was acceptable to our expectations. After having breakfast on July 19th, 2022, we packed our belongings to transfer into another hotel where our daughter's swimming team would be staying. In conclusion, We are happy to stay at this property. Please note and be patient as the property is renovated for better experiences to all of you. . . .

“Just too much”
Too many outages (tvs went out for 2 days and speed of internet sucked) breakfast was not actually breakfast the stairs were out on one side of the property and back steps were rickety. The walkways were leaning.
