An amazing value for the cost. Stayed here a couple of days on a business trip. It’s everything you could ask for. Comfortable, scrupulously clean, with great amenities. A nice pool, good fitness center, the little “market”, quite a nice restaurant with a great menu, and extremely friendly staff. I would absolutely stay here again without any hesitation.

“Was There When I Really Needed It”

I booked my room at this hotel because it's close to my job and winter weather was coming in. I don't have the luxury of "ice days" off. I booked my room at this hotel because it's close to my job and winter weather was coming in. I don't have the luxury of "ice days" off. I didn't want to get up extra early to drive all the way to work from my house. Interestingly enough, I did the same thing at another hotel chain nearby last year, and while I was on my way to the hotel, they called me to simply say my reservation was being cancelled. No reason given but I suspect they rented my room out from under me for a higher price. So I was somewhat worried this might happen here based on that experience. No such thing! I arrived at check-in and there were no problems. I booked a junior suite so I could relax and get a good night's sleep before getting up early for work. The guy that checked me in was polite and seemed apologetic that the only junior suite currently available was on the first floor. I told him that was perfect. Worked out better for me so I could quickly get out the side door and to my car since I knew I was going to have go in and out while warming it up and scraping off the ice. He also told me about the breakfast that's available at 6am, but I told him I would be out by 5. So I did not use any of the amenities. But the room was perfect. I walked in and it was clean and orderly. It was also nice and warm......very relaxing. I was able to settle in and relax while watching a little TV and then went to bed early so I could get a good night's sleep. I had no problems sleeping. The bed was comfortable and I didn't have any issues with noise from other guests. I wasn't here long since I left so early the next morning. But this was a life saver for me and made the workday much better. The price for the room was very reasonable in my opinion and the next time we get bad weather I won't hesitate to stay here again.

“Poor for cost/ average experience otherwise”

Stay was average at best for a $400/ room. For example, the room slept 4 however there weren’t enough hand or body towels to accommodate 3 people. towels in room to accommodate 3 people). Only mirror is in the bathroom; meaning only one person can get ready at a time. Could also hear anyone talking… lisää

Only mirror is in the bathroom; meaning only one person can get ready at a time. Could also hear anyone talking in the hallway so super thin walls/ bad insulation. Staff was night enough. No extra precautions were taken for cleanliness. Amenities like the pool looked like they weren’t taken care of and the cafe wasn’t open (for sure from 2pm to midnight). Apparently it was open in the morning, however we never confirmed prior to our own departure.
