“Will not be staying here again”
The rooms are nice sized, but they do very little to cancel out noise. It sounded like we had a baby elephant on a treadmill in the room above ours. The rooms are nice sized, but they do very little to cancel out noise. It sounded like we had a baby elephant on a treadmill in the room above ours. Our room had a non-working French door that had a gap at the top on one side of a 1/4 to a 1/2 inch. Even with the shower curtain pulled to the front end, water poured onto the floor requiring a bath towel to try to dry it up. The room as a whole really needed some kind of dehumidifier stronger than the wall air conditioner could provide. Clothes felt damp even coming out of the drawers. The pool was clean, but the room was hot and humid enough that it made it uncomfortable for older people. Finally, there is no free breakfast. They have an area that serves breakfast, but at highly inflated prices. I checked on the price of a small cup of fruit loops for the 4 year old. How bout $7.50?! Unless you are on an expense account, there is a Bob Evan's that you can see when you go back into the hotel.

“Expected a little better from a Courtyard”
Booked an executive suite for the weekend for myself and my girlfriend. The price was attractive, the room was clean, but it had several issues. Booked an executive suite for the weekend for myself and my girlfriend. The price was attractive, the room was clean, but it had several issues. Wallpaper peeling from the wall as we entered the room, the carpet under the vanity/sink was completely soaking wet plus the shower leaked water from the door all over the bathroom floor which required several towels to soak up all of the water, and the chair just inside the door had a broken leg. There also appeared to be huge pieces of broken glass laying in the mulch bed outside our patio area. Upon addressing most of the issues with the front desk, no attempt or suggestion to be moved to another room were made or given, which left us a little perplexed. Upon checking out, I wasn’t even asked how our stay was. Mind boggling to say the least. Not sure I will stay here again.
