“The pool & room was great. So clean, so comfy & lots of room. ”
Initially for my stay in McKinney I didn’t book here because of the reviews about the pool. I should’ve booked here from the start. “Nice place as a whole”
Nicely appointed suite, great amenities, extremely friendly staff. But I’m sad to say our suite reeked of stale cigarette smoke. On the non-smoking floor in a non-smoking room. Fortunately we were only here one night, as the smell was strong.

“Heated indoor pool, but customer service needs work”
Not impressed with this place. Checkin was done at two little desks near the door. If you're going to play on your phone instead of helping or even acknowledging the line of people forming at the other lady's desk, then go to the back.
