A few weeks ago, me and my entire family got stuck at the Miami International Airport well after midnight. We called Marriott and booked 3 rooms. A few weeks ago, me and my entire family got stuck at the Miami International Airport well after midnight. We called Marriott and booked 3 rooms. However, when we arrived we were told that the hotel was fully booked. The guy at the desk I think his name is Rohan, the Jamaican guy. He was very understanding and friendly. He explained to us how an error like this may have happened and did what he could to accommodate us while we tried to find another hotel. He even gave us a case of water while we waited and help us get a cab. He also canceled the reservations without charge for us. We’re happy about that. A few other persons came in after us that was in the same situation, some wasn’t as understanding as us, but he did very well with handling the situation. Please figure out why we were able to make new reservations if the hotel was fully booked. It’s frustrating for guest and I can’t imagine how frustrating it must be for staff.

“Excellent food was a pleasant surprise!”

Well maintained, lovely, sparkling pool and good gym. Rooms are a little outdated that was fine; the beds were comfortable and my room had a little fridge and microwave. Well maintained, lovely, sparkling pool and good gym. Rooms are a little outdated that was fine; the beds were comfortable and my room had a little fridge and microwave. I was surprised at the excellent quality of the food! I had dinner there 4 of 6 nights. The chef is professional and everything I had was well prepared and excellently seasoned. Thank you, Raynell (sorry if I got the name wrong)! The dining room/living room flowed together and was quite cozy despite its spaciousness. And Arelys makes the **best** margaritas!! Service friendly and professional.

The bistro fries are absolutely delicious. Also, Had the chicken wings they were nice and crispy on the outside while on the inside perfectly cooked. The bistro fries are absolutely delicious. Also, Had the chicken wings they were nice and crispy on the outside while on the inside perfectly cooked. The cook and the server where very courteous and had a good conversation with them. Turns out the cook is the manager there and she’s very polite and friendly to all guest. As I sat there she made sure all tables were well taken care of. Must say more business need someone like her a manager that cares for her guest. Bartender made a killing drink. Very friendly staff. They make a great team. I must say the lighting needed to be less dim it seem like it was closed. If it weren’t for the staff there guest might think it was closed. All together great experience. Really recommend courtyard coral gables don’t skip on the bistro. The chairs are in horrible conditions. Not Marriott standards worthy. Owner needs to really make sure all equipment is properly maintained. That’s really embarrassing.

“It did the job”

My stay here was mediocre. The night attendant that was there during the nights I stayed did not seem to be in a very good mood and was slightly rude. But other than that the hotel itself was just OK compared to other Courtyard’s I have stayed at in the past in other locations. It got the job done and the bed was comfy and room was clean.
