Love this property and the service was outstanding. Seafront hotel 120 rooms. Excellent pool and great drinks. Staff is mainly Jamaican and they are ama ING and friendly. Tried the Pub and was the best burger I’ve had in longtime. Rooms are very comfy. Sheets are super soft excellent thread count... lisää

Love this property and the service was outstanding. Seafront hotel 120 rooms. Excellent pool and great drinks. Staff is mainly Jamaican and they are ama ING and friendly. Tried the Pub and was the best burger I’ve had in longtime. Rooms are very comfy. Sheets are super soft excellent thread count. We walked to town and it’s only 1 mile away. Beautiful area. Highly recommend this hotel. Roxanne checked us in and she was so gracious. Can’t wait to return.

“Relax in Old World charm!”

I just want to put a brief comment in on my stay at Provincetown Inn. I thought it was a quaint place but the service from checking in, housekeeping, the up keep of grounds, bartending services were impeccable. I just want to put a brief comment in on my stay at Provincetown Inn. I thought it was a quaint place but the service from checking in, housekeeping, the up keep of grounds, bartending services were impeccable. I was out at the pool area and it was so busy busy the bartenders serviced EVERYONE with speed and courteous communication and to the check out! Highly recommend to any future vacationers!

“last year that we come here”

This place has gone so far downhill. Third year in a row here, but unfortunately, will be out last. Room not ready at 4pm check-in for 3rd year in a row and front desk acts like it's our problem, not theirs. Understaffed. Room is worn out and smells moldy. And it's priced like it's a 4 star hotel... lisää

It has the feeling of a business where the owners have stopped caring.

This has been our summer vacation spot for over a decade. The Inn was recently sold to a hotel conglomerate group and it is painfully obvious. Our trip for 7/2024 was booked 11/2023, the week before our trip they tried to increase the price by $200 a night! I don’t think so! When we arrived, the parking lot was full of visitor parking (NOT hotel guests) for the pool as they are no longer charging for guest parking so we had unload and drive around twice for parking spot, no longer giving parking passes verifying guests of the inn either (bad move!). We did not get the room requested in November, which we were told we would, (they were NOT full by any means as their prices are ridiculously high now) ice buckets no longer provided, the room smelled like smoke therefore had to air it out, the bathroom window did not open, the room had 2 mismatched plastic folding chairs instead of Adirondack chairs on the deck, the grounds were terrible and unkept with no flowers, no flower arrangements outside on the deck of the newer units as previous years before. Obviously the new administration is out to lunch, as it is all in the details and not seeing how many people they can squeeze in a free pool for a day! Inside bar closed until 5, it barely looked like they were open, and most nights closed for the night before 10. Port-a-potties (3 of them!) outside the pool gate emitted horrific, sickening odor of urine and then some. Pool was also lacking in cleanliness as was their beach which was full of trash and leftover beach fire remnants. The pool bar drinks are ridiculous for Island Oasis syrup and well liquor in a paper cup at $17. This was so upsetting and disappointing to see our favorite spot turned into an over-priced typical Provincetown guest house, the charm of the Inn is gone. The prices of rooms are outrageous and untouchable ($500-$900 a night!) shame on both parties for ruining this historical gem. The staff at the pool, servers, and room attendants were all friendly and accommodating as always, thank goodness that didn’t change!
