I usually stay at Le Meridien. I preferred The Kendall Hotel. The lobby and room have real cachet. The experience is more refined, it feels less corporate. I usually stay at Le Meridien. I preferred The Kendall Hotel. The lobby and room have real cachet. The experience is more refined, it feels less corporate. My room was spacious with a couch, work desk, and large bed. There was also a lounge on my floor to work and relax. Breakfast had interesting items like overnight oat with yogurt. Location is great. Staff is friendly. Very clean.

“Best privately owned Boston hotel”

Fantastic hotel! Beautiful decorations, great room and accommodating staff! It's our second time there and we will be back. Very convenient, near restaurants, and can take the T across the street in order to go anywhere else in Boston. Our favorite hotel in town!

The attendants kept the lobby warm, clean, and inviting. My room was clean and nicely furnished. Each morning, a delightful and well rounded breakfast awaited us. Unfortunately, the elevator broke down the second day of our stay. One bit of advice, it is extremely hard to park anything larger than a Chevrolet Balzer in their parking area.
