“Exceptional Hospitality”

“Amazing place to stay. Everything was clean, everyone was kind. This will always be my family and I’s place to stay.”
Everything was very clean, great customer service. Everyone was kind. We stayed for two nights and they were amazing! This will always be the place for my family to stay when visiting mall of America. It is walking distance or you can take the shuttle

The staff here is AMAZING! The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was easy and the driver was very helpful. Ms. Rhoda is one of the best reservation people I have ever met. The staff here is AMAZING! The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was easy and the driver was very helpful. Ms. Rhoda is one of the best reservation people I have ever met. She was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and intuitive. My room was perfectly situated for my needs and clean. I definitely recommend this place. It's in a great location too. The local transit and the Mall of America are literally right outside of my window.

“WELCOMING LOVING STAY”
We stayed there only one night, after being there for a family funeral. The moment we entered the foyer, we were met with Talayja ( sorry if spelled wrong). She met us with her loving beautiful smile. That in itself was so welcoming after the hard days we were dealing with earlier. She was kind, he… lisää
We stayed there only one night, after being there for a family funeral. The moment we entered the foyer, we were met with Talayja ( sorry if spelled wrong). She met us with her loving beautiful smile. That in itself was so welcoming after the hard days we were dealing with earlier. She was kind, helpful and caring as she talked to us. Perfect person for greeting customers. We would hire her in a heartbeat. The room/suite was much more than what we expected for the money we had payed. Nice kitchen/living room area. Second room, very nice bedroom and roomy bathroom. As we were leaving we met Rhoda, Romel that also were loving, kind and welcoming. The rooms were GREAT for the money BUT the people working there were EVEN BETTER!!
