“Poor communication with Hotel”
Reserved hotel back in February for a family weekend to visit MOA. Specifically asked for connecting rooms. Received those rooms during my digital check in. Reserved hotel back in February for a family weekend to visit MOA. Specifically asked for connecting rooms. Received those rooms during my digital check in. Went straight to the room because that’s what is instructed to do for a digital key. Come to find out our digital rooms keys didn’t work. Not only that but our room numbers were changed and we could not get connecting rooms. Why assign us connecting rooms when you knew someone asked to extend their stay?? Communication about shuttle drop off was poor. Had no idea we needed to reserve with names and times. Only found out because my friend who came decided to ask. Unfortunately we had to take a shuttle that barely had us at the airport in time due to the other time slots taken. Communication with MOA driver was poor. We were told when the last pick up was and was at the pick up spot early. We happened to see him drop people off and wasn’t going to pick us up. And had the nerve to get an attitude. Wow. I would have rather spent more money at the JW hotel to have direct access to the mall. I will not stay here again.

“$10.00 - seriously for parking at this hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
On top of staying here, they will kindly charge you another $10.00 to park in their lovely parking lot!!! If you don’t like it ~ the cost is still ten freaking dollars extra!!!
