We were able to take advantage of staying at this hotel using a Sleep and Park package. The service was quick and efficient. They were very nice and helpful. The room is spacious with a smaller bathroom. It is nice to have the sink outside of the shower area for getting ready. The bar area provides excellent service and the patio area provides a pleasant area to sit as well. We took advantage of the shuttle service which was quick, efficient and always had a nice driver ready to assist. Location is in close proximity to the airport and MOA. Would highly suggest!

“One little hiccup, but still a great stay!”

This was our sixth (maybe seventh?!) stay at this property in the last six years. Double queen room with our two young kiddos this time around. This was our sixth (maybe seventh?!) stay at this property in the last six years. Double queen room with our two young kiddos this time around. We love the location just minutes from the Mall of America, and it’s always clean. We had a blizzard hit us and MSP essentially shut down from the sounds of it. The two employees working the front desk were working their tails off - phones ringing constantly and guests filling up the lobby to check in. They took care of everyone seamlessly - really impressive to watch. One minor hiccup this stay - morning of checkout we had a $50 hotel restaurant charge to our room that was not ours, as we never stepped foot in the restaurant or ordered from it. At checkout we were told the charge would be removed and a new receipt would be emailed shortly. I called 7 hours later since I had not heard anything. The employee I spoke to said a manager would call probably in 24 hours. Felt a little pushed off at that point - however, I received a call an hour later with a new receipt showing the charge was removed. This is still our go-to MOA/MSP stay!

“Don't get excited about the Starbucks”

Don't take the fact that they advertise 24 hour Starbucks to mean you can get a Starbucks. Tried to get coffees at 10:30AM and it was closed. Was told there was not enough staff to make coffee. That is AOK but the sign clearly said Starbucks 24 hours a day and we had planned around that. Not fa… lisää

Don't take the fact that they advertise 24 hour Starbucks to mean you can get a Starbucks. Tried to get coffees at 10:30AM and it was closed. Was told there was not enough staff to make coffee. That is AOK but the sign clearly said Starbucks 24 hours a day and we had planned around that. Not familiar with the city and had to drive somewhere else to get good coffee. Seems a small thing, but it upended our schedule causing problems the remainder of the day. Other that that, clean comfortable hotel.

“Average. Old school bathroom. Desperate need of an upgrade / remodel.”

Hotel is in massive need of updates. Bathroom was circa 1998 at best, with not very good shower pressure. Parking situation is weird. Good location if you need somewhere that’s close to the airport (free shuttle is a plus). Better options in the area for the price.
