I had a wonderful experience staying here! I had booked a room at a Quality Inn in Aurora because I was told that they had an open indoor pool and the only reason I was getting a room to begin with was to surprise my 12- and 9-years old nephews. I grew up in Aurora and usually stay with a family member when I come for a visit so this was something I wouldn't usually splurge on. When I got to the Quality Inn the lady at the front desk was rude and short when I asked her for a cart to get all of our stuff up to our second-floor room and apparently, they do not have any there. I then asked her if she could tell us where the pool was located and when I looked up she kind of scoffed and said, "our pool isn't open yet, it's not Memorial Day," my nephews were both very disappointed but I was trying to save the experience so I continued to tell them we would rent a movie and still have fun but I could tell they were upset, as we had just left Target after buying floaties and goggles and water guns... The pool not being open was the least of my concerns once we got to our room though! I was appalled! There were yellow stains on the sheets, the beds were doubles as opposed to the 2 queens I had booked and worst of all there was vomit or fecal matter, not sure which on the wall! Needless to say, we couldn't leave fast enough! Fortunately, I was able to book a room at the SYLO Hotel by Ramada and once we got there the front desk clerk was able to turn our evening around and I couldn't be more grateful to Patti for not only listening to my experience but going above and beyond to make sure we had a great time! The pool WAS opened as advertised there and my nephews were ecstatic which made me happy! After Patti finished her shift, Kamal came on as the front desk clerk and was also great! He also went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed! Next time I come for a visit and decide to get a room instead of staying at a family member's house, I will save myself the stress and just book here first!

“Great Hotel for an affordable price”

We had a cancelled flight and had to look for a hotel for the night. Sylo Hotel Denver Airport was easy to check in and loved the convenience of free transportation to and from the hotel. The chauffeur had just left when we got to the parking spot but he stopped and called our names in the crowd … lisää

We had a cancelled flight and had to look for a hotel for the night. Sylo Hotel Denver Airport was easy to check in and loved the convenience of free transportation to and from the hotel. The chauffeur had just left when we got to the parking spot but he stopped and called our names in the crowd and picked us up. We were so thankful after a whole day of traveling. Amin was our chauffeur on the way back to the airport and he also was very helpful. I was not expecting such a variety of food at the complementary breakfast but they had everything that you would want. Overall a really nice hotel for an affordable price. I would come back and recommend it any time.

“My stay at SYLO was the only thing that went right that day”

After a dismal day of weather delays at DFW & a miserable airline experience that left me stranded at DEN, I needed a room. I chose SYLO because they were the least expensive, but I was surprised at how valuable the whole experience was. It was late & I was very tired, but the reservation agent was so patient with me & made sure to confirm all of my info & answer all of my questions. I was then transferred to the front desk to request the shuttle to pick me up. I didn’t know DEN that well, but the clerk gave me clear instructions & assured me that the driver would call me prior to arriving, which he did. Once I arrived, the clerk gave me toothbrushes and toothpaste, which I was so grateful for. I was also instructed to reserve my shuttle back to the airport on an easy to fill out sheet at the front desk. The hotel was being renovated, but it was easy to navigate. My room was clean & I was surprised at how quiet it was. I slept great and the clerk and housekeeping didn’t have a problem with me checking out at 2 PM so I could catch my rebooked flight. I made sure to take advantage of the free breakfast and I was able to rest, undisturbed, until it was time to head back to the airport. The shuttle driver on that trip was friendly and funny, which pretty much sealed the deal for me and left a smile on my face. Thank you SYLO team, I will forever be grateful!
