“Customer Service”

“Great staff”
The hotel itself leaves much to be desired but the location and price make it worth it. The staff is amazing. Everyone is great but 5 people are amazing. LinLin, Frances, Tassia from the front desk. Adam from maintenance and Ivan from housekeeping. They make the stay worth being here.

“Great staff”
Shareec was very helpful. She took care of my reservation and my people that the whole staff is amazing. The rooms were very clean too and I love the location. I have been to other locations and they were crap. This place is top notch. Thank you.

I highly recommend the Extended Stay America hotel in Auburn Hills, we had excellent treatment from the ladies at the reception, especially Alisia.
