Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect. Having studied Hotel Management and being active in the hospitality industry myself, I always hope to see that same passion in the hotels I stay at. I was extremely satisfied with the way everything was handled and was delighted with the hospitality of all the staff during our stay! Yarnell was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. Also a special thanks to Azeb and Hamid, I’ve rarely come across people who are that friendly and warm in the way they welcome you in the morning and make sure you have a great breakfast experience. Thank you for everthing!

“Poor Hotel Experience Despite Resolution: Park and Fly Mishandled, Overcharge and Shuttle Issues”
UPDATED: Originally a 1 star review, I changed to 3 because the management team took care of the situation very fast and refunded me for the overcharge and apologized for the receptionist. UPDATED: Originally a 1 star review, I changed to 3 because the management team took care of the situation very fast and refunded me for the overcharge and apologized for the receptionist. They clearly wanted to make it right. The experience while at the hotel stands as being poor. I booked a stay with the promotional option Park here Fly There. We stayed one night and were supposed to get up to 7 nights of parking included with our stay with this higher rate. Upon check in, the receptionist acknowledged that was the rate we had and all we had to do was come back to get our parking ticket validated when we returned. We returned 3 nights later and they acted like they never heard of the promotional rate, claimed I didn't book with them (even though I booked directly with them) and they refused to validate our parking pass and became argumentative with us over it. We ended up paying over $200 more when it was supposed to be included. In addition, the only reason we stayed there was for this parking rate and for the airport shuttle. The entire situation was a joke, we had to Uber both ways! No shuttle before 5am and on our return at 11PM the shuttle never showed up. We stood there for 45 minutes before giving up and getting an Uber.
