“Room 502”

The complex is well maintained and the staff very friendly. My room was clean and comfortable with only the shower drain being an issue (told the staff about it at checkout, room 502). The window heat/cooling unit worked efficiently but with these types of floors the room always felt cool.

Hotel is convenient off I-95 and area feels safe, but I found it confusing to work the turnaround back to interstate upon departure. Room was clean, beds comfortable and air worked well. Hotel is convenient off I-95 and area feels safe, but I found it confusing to work the turnaround back to interstate upon departure. Room was clean, beds comfortable and air worked well. A couple of issue should be addressed. Electronic key card is tricky to use, having to time the turning of the door handle just right after the key card unlocks the door. I could not get the combo right and had to go back downstairs and have someone come to my room to actually let me in. The other issue was a slow/clogged tub drain. I did report the this upon checkout (room 608) but it’s not possible to seek correction when you’re in the middle of a shower. I wound up standing in water up to my ankles in less than 5min. Housekeeping surely should recognize this problem if they do any real cleaning with running water…so one has to wonder. I’m always amazed at the issues I run into when booking a room using my reward points. You’d think that the best and most pristine rooms would be given to a loyal customer, especially when redeeming rewards!

Nice location quite friendly staff good parking lots I like the clock with the alarm to wake me up in time lovely towels in the Bathroom easy excess to the elevator lovely pool the coffee pot needs to be cleaned I have to wash it in both rooms that I stay on two occasions
