“GREAT STAY AT A GREAT HOTEL WITH AN AMAZING FRONT DESK EMPLOYEE”

After reading the reviews of this hotel we were a little leary of staying here. The minute we walked into the lobby, there was a smell of CLEANINESS, and FRESHNESS. The lobby bathrooms were spotless!!!! We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Jordan at the front desk. This man is an ASSET to this great property. He assisted us with the check in ,and it was speedy and smooth. The hotel has a bar, and Burger restaurant, and on the weekends offers a buffet breakfast. The room was crisp and clean, as were the corridors and elevators. Coffee is always on in the lobby. Breakfast sandwiches substitute for the buffet breakfast during the week. Although they were pre made they weren't bad, but not as good as a buffet breakfast would have been. In closing don't get fooled by the negativity of a few, but rather see for yourself as we did. Make sure you ask for Jordan when you check in and I'll guarantee you your stay will be smoth, comfortable, and stress free.

A fantastic last minute booking. Looking for a last minute stop after a long day of motorcycle riding, we found this hotel on the IHG website. A fantastic last minute booking. Looking for a last minute stop after a long day of motorcycle riding, we found this hotel on the IHG website. It was priced $70-100 less than others in the Jacksonville area but was top notch. Easy access, super friendly staff, modern, immaculately clean and a great stay all round. The desk staff even let us park our bike right out front of the main doors for added security for the night - we appreciate that! Highly recommended to anyone passing through.

“Nice Stay for Business Travel”
I stayed a couple of nights at the Holiday Inn at Baymeadows and I-295 while in Jacksonville on business. The hotel is a little hard to find, but was tucked away from the busy roads. I stayed a couple of nights at the Holiday Inn at Baymeadows and I-295 while in Jacksonville on business. The hotel is a little hard to find, but was tucked away from the busy roads. I received a high-floor facing away from the interstate which made for a very quiet stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel felt a tad old but was more due to style rather than anything being rundown. The beds were very comfortable and I slept great both nights. The free breakfast with my Diamond status was good, but I’m not sure I would have paid $12.95 for it if I didn’t have the vouchers. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. This is definitely an establishment I will keep in mind when I’m on future trips to the area.

This hotel has a restaurant (with good food and a great friendly bartender), a pool, a hot tub, clean rooms, and great location. It could be GREAT. But it is in desperate need of maintenance on the old warped wallpaper near the elevator, stains high on room walls (looks like very old water damage stains), broken hot tub jets, weeds around the pool area, etc. Also, they could do better with general appearance & feel. The pool area by the hot tub has no furniture, and breakfast feels cheap and awkward, like they're still following covid precautions(?) The restaurant is inviting enough, breakfast could also feel happy & friendly with just better set-up.
