“Great Stay, Great Location, Great Staff”

Loved staying at this property the staff, especially Ajla upon check in was so helpful. The whole staff was great. Excellent location, super close to everything yet very quiet. My room overlooked a lake and it was just beautiful. Highly recommend.

Hotel is understaffed. During busy weekends they are not able to turn the hotel around fast enough to meet the 3pm check in time. Hotel is understaffed. During busy weekends they are not able to turn the hotel around fast enough to meet the 3pm check in time. Finally received our room 1 hour late was made to feel that we should be grateful for that. When I asked about the delay I was told we'll there's nothing they can do as its a full house. They are to busy with people checking in and out... the whole check in experience left much to be desired. Pool was not available for use which was unfortunate, but hey, it happens. Music was still blaring at 2am outside pool area. Unfortunately the room we received had the speaker mounted right Below the window so we could hear it quite loud. We called the front desk 3 times no one answered. Finally got dressed and went down stairs to the desk only to find staff outside with there dogs. Thankfully This issue was finally addressed. However it was difficult to get it taken care of. Noticed garbages in public spaces were overfull and the one near the elevators on the the second floor was very smelly. Upon check out we conveyed the couple issues we had with check in and the noise. I asked if there was a little discount available seen as we never received what we payed for. They said no they can't offer any discounts they are understaffed and it's Luke Combs weekend so all they could do was offer a few points for the rewards program. Customer service was definitely lacking over all because of the self admitted staffing issues. Now all that being said the value for money was decent l. Had the customer service been better it would of been a great experience. I just expect to get what I pay for, my room from 3 pm to 12pm. If I were to stay late past 12 I was told they would charge me for it it. So if 12 pm check out isn't a suggestion than neither should the 3pm check in. The rooms themselves are clean tidy and spacious. Bathrooms are decent size and have everything you'd need.

“A Mixed Bag”

At check in the lady was pleasant. Even when returning from dinner she welcomed us back. Very much appreciated. The hallways don't match the rooms. At check in the lady was pleasant. Even when returning from dinner she welcomed us back. Very much appreciated. The hallways don't match the rooms. Our room seemed to be refreshed with lighter wood tones, bright colors and fairly clean. But the floor was very uneven, a huge tripping hazard! Hallways have dark wood tones, wallpaper falling off and holes in the walls. Not appealing. When picking our room on the Hilton app the majority of the rooms had an additional fee from $20-$30! Never have seen that before. On the website it says there is a $5 parking fee. But there is an additional service fee and tax bringing the parking fee to over $7. Don't understand why they charge for parking as other hotels in the area don't do that. Coffee was available in the morning in the lobby, breakfast was $16.95.
