What an asset she is to The Hilton. The breakfast was wonderful, the best we've had in a long time. Everything in our room was extremely comfortable.

“Great hotel to stay.”

This hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly. We had just come in from a 10 hour drive and we were tired. But the staff greeted us with smiles and answered all our stupid questions with smiles. I would definitely come back to this hotel again. And it was walking distance to V Pizza!… lisää

“Got stuck with an old/un-renovated room”

Our room needed a facelift and the bathroom with shower curtain were mildewed and had cracks in the walls. Our friend’s room was better, so don’t request room 209. We reserved a room for 3, and were only given 2 towels so we requested more at the front desk but they never arrived. Finally my husban… lisää

Our room needed a facelift and the bathroom with shower curtain were mildewed and had cracks in the walls. Our friend’s room was better, so don’t request room 209. We reserved a room for 3, and were only given 2 towels so we requested more at the front desk but they never arrived. Finally my husband went to pick them up. Housekeeping never came the 2 days we were there. The hotel is not kid friendly and nowhere for the kids to hang out besides the lobby (pool was too cold). Lastly, the past few Hilton Garden Inn l’ve ive stayed had broken elevators, which is why I always book the 2nd floor in case we have to walk up. The last HGI we were trapped in the elevator for 20+ min in June without AC. The elevator here broke on day 2 and had to take the stairs up
