“Well run and an overall positive experience!”
A very well run Courtyard—-Brian was very helpful and personable. All of the Bistro staff in the morning had a positive attitude and ran a smooth operation! It was a refreshing stay and my suggestion is they train other Courtyards on what a customer experience should be like!! We will be back!

“Wonderful Dog Friendly Hotel”
My husband and I stayed there this past weekend with our dog. The staff was fabulous. They were very welcoming to us and our pup. A special shout out to Crystal at the front desk. She was extremely friendly and kind when I locked myself and Annie the dog out of our room.

“Mostly positive...barking dog not so good”
We stayed here because it next door walking distance to the hospital complex AND the free hospital visitor's garage has an EV charging station. The hotel is clean and modern. Staff very nice and helpful, as expected. We were a little surprised that a free breakfast is not part of this hotel's ameni… lisää

Staff very nice and helpful, as expected. We were a little surprised that a free breakfast is not part of this hotel's amenities...my bad for not knowing that ahead of time...made the assumption breakfast is included. The prices for food and drink are on the high side. Lots of restaurants within easy walking distance or a very short drive from the hotel. The bed was comfortable, and we asked for feather pillows...which were in abundance on our beds. It is a dog friendly hotel and unfortunately the yappy mouthed mutt next door to us barked off and on all night....unfortunate for us...but we did not complain...chalked it up to rude dog owners who don't have respect for others. Overall a nice place to stay, especially if you are there for medical reasons at the hospital complex or one of the may medical parks nearby.

“Comfortable, quiet, reasonable prices, no free breakfast”
Comfortable, clean, quiet rooms, no complaints about the room except the thermostat, which made audible clicking sounds when cycling the AC on and off. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Only downside was that breakfast -- not even coffee -- was free. Seems like it wouldn't cost them much t… lisää
Comfortable, clean, quiet rooms, no complaints about the room except the thermostat, which made audible clicking sounds when cycling the AC on and off. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Only downside was that breakfast -- not even coffee -- was free. Seems like it wouldn't cost them much to provide at least a cuppa Joe (not the foul stuff provided in the room). My suggestion: Head just down the street to Canopy Road Cafe for a great breakfast. I did like the fact they had a full bar, which was pretty lively on a Friday evening.
