We just returned from our 8th Beaches vacation and our 1st in the Turks and Caicos. Overall, we truly enjoyed this trip and it was mostly a great experience. Before this trip we had visited the Ocho Rios Beaches 6 times and the Negril resort once. We love the Beaches brand so much that we even booked two more future stays while on property. This Turks and Caicos resort is much larger than what we are used to but nothing felt too far away. We had a fantastic room in the Italian Village and housekeeping was excellent. The room was very clean and well stocked. We made an effort to get to as many of the restaurants as possible and were quite impressed with not only the quality of food but also the speed and pacing of meals. My son has a severe food allergy and I have to say that the culinary concierge and all of the food service teams went above and beyond to ensure they not only avoided his allergy but to also ensure he had a great variety of incredible food options. He really enjoyed getting to eat meals like everyone else and not just a few bland allergy options. Garrie in the culinary concierge office is incredible and even worked with my son to create a few meals so he can try things he never had before. While all the managers. And servers were great Roxanne, the manager at the Arizona’s restaurant may be the best restaurant manager I’ve ever encountered. Everything in that restaurant ran like clockwork and she always took it upon herself to handle the allergy meals instead of having the servers doing it. The bartending crew was amazing at all the bars and pool bars and I definitely want to point out that Andrew who was working at the Cascades pool bar would go above and beyond speaking to the children while making them their frozen concoctions. The only disappointment we had with this resort was with the watersports area. One of our favorite things to do at beaches is enjoy the beach and water activities. During our 7 night stay we were never able to snorkel (multiple cancellations even when the weather was nice), there was no glass bottom boat, no banana boat, and the one time we asked to go out with a member of the aquatics team on a honor cat boat they all argued to decide which person should have to take us out while there were about 5 of them hanging out in a hut. When we go to Ocho Rios each year the watersports are non stop. This entire week we hardly saw boats on the water.

We enjoyed our stay at Beaches Resort in Turks & Caicos celebrating our son's wedding with family, friends and beautiful weather. We enjoyed our stay at Beaches Resort in Turks & Caicos celebrating our son's wedding with family, friends and beautiful weather. However, I want to share some constructive feedback in a couple of areas, first regarding the condition of the rooms. Specifically, we had an issue with our toilet constantly running. This seemed to be a common complaint amongst our family and friends. One family member even had their toilet overflow in the middle of the night which put them out of their room and in the lobby for several hours. Another family member had no water in their room for seven hours due to a pipe burst. While it didn’t significantly impact our overall experience, addressing such concerns could further enhance the comfort and satisfaction of future guests. Another area to address is food allergies. Allergies are taken seriously and, although the procedures are thorough, we found them to be somewhat cumbersome and challenging to follow, especially in a vacation setting where convenience is key. Simplifying the process could greatly enhance the overall guest experience for those with dietary restrictions, ensuring safety while allowing for a more relaxed and enjoyable stay. The procedure in place presently, does not allow spontaniety while on vacation as your restaurant, menu selection, and time to dine must be pre-selected 24 hours in advance.
