“Paradise at Royal West Indies”
Well managed resort. The staff made everything from check in to check out easy. The entire facility was clean, well kept and exceptional service. Well managed resort. The staff made everything from check in to check out easy. The entire facility was clean, well kept and exceptional service. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels were provided for guests. The resort had 2 pools, hot tub, restaurant and poolside bar. It was relatively quiet through out our 3-day stay. There were many restaurants, shops and resorts that were walkable (a long walk but walkable. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend TWI.

“Awesome.”
Awesome. Great suite, great staff, great location. We booked online and all was as promised. Beach was terrific, lounging was great. Hot tub at the quiet pool area was a social center. Restaurant was great, food and staff were both excellent.

“Great Time - Beautiful Beach”
My husband and I enjoyed our time at West Indies. Everything was clean and well maintained. The ladies at the front desk were helpful and kind. They had my room information ready, and check-in was a breeze. Each room is individually owned so each room is different. I had an Oceanview in building… lisää
My husband and I enjoyed our time at West Indies. Everything was clean and well maintained. The ladies at the front desk were helpful and kind. They had my room information ready, and check-in was a breeze. Each room is individually owned so each room is different. I had an Oceanview in building three, the view was ok. If you really want to see/hear the ocean building one is the place to be. Our shower was small, and I wish the shower head was removable because the shower was so tight. The beach was beautiful, and our server Richie was great! It was a pleasant surprise to have beach waiter service. Great time at a great place

Our one bedroom suite was spacious and had a beautiful view! The staff was super nice and the food at the Pelican bay restaurant was consistently delicious. I was so excited to have a full sized oven and fridge so I could reheat my leftovers and genuinely make myself at home! However, as soon as … lisää
Our one bedroom suite was spacious and had a beautiful view! The staff was super nice and the food at the Pelican bay restaurant was consistently delicious. I was so excited to have a full sized oven and fridge so I could reheat my leftovers and genuinely make myself at home! However, as soon as we turned on the oven, the German cockroaches showed up. We called the front desk and they came and sprayed but I had lost my appetite for the rest of the trip. Also the wifi is the worst I have ever experienced and I have been all over the world. This place has so much potential but next time we go to Turks we will likely stay somewhere else.

“Great condos without resort features”
The staff is super affable and the grounds are nice. We also loved the fact that it is pretty much a condo with a stove and refrigerator. There were plenty of spaces at beach. The staff is super affable and the grounds are nice. We also loved the fact that it is pretty much a condo with a stove and refrigerator. There were plenty of spaces at beach. My rating applies to a few things that affected the trip: 1. Restaurant closed for reservations, so they should have had a free shuttle service into the main center to accommodate. 2. Room should have a dust broom and dustpan for sand /dirt, 3. No saucepan nor spatula. 4. Water 2 dollars; it is almost 100 degrees and we have to pay for water.? No bubbler nor cooler? 4. The biggest issue for me was the horrible manure fertilizer smell that permeated the property. I could not sit by the pool nor on the patio because the smell was so strong and literally turned my stomach.
