The place was clean and the pleople were friendly and helpful. The beach was clean. There could be a bit more intertament.

Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Kitchen has utensils. Many bath towels in the bathroom. Beautiful property, I stayed in Ocean East. The beach in the west is larger a must , breathtaking. Mark, the shuttle bus driver was always on time and was very friendly. The shuttle goes from the east to the west about every 15 minutes. Jerry from Jerry’s taxi service was great and reliable. I ate jerk chicken at the cabana restaurant and it was delicious, Jermaine at the Cabana restaurant was attentive and friendly. Michael in the front desk was great. He provided me with great information about Turks. From Ocean west you can walk to many restaurants, ice cream places,stores, grocery Stores and even a supermarket. Overall Ocean Club is a great hotel to stay in when visiting Turks and Caicos.

This is a very nice hotel and the staff is very friendly. They were able to accommodate me and my daughter at the last minute and we were given a very nice room overlooking the pool. This is a very nice hotel and the staff is very friendly. They were able to accommodate me and my daughter at the last minute and we were given a very nice room overlooking the pool. The cabana restaurant is on location and is very accessible to the beach and the food is very good. Staff is very friendly. This hotel has a grill by the pool if you would like to barbecue and is cleaned daily. Very nice property. No elevators but this hotel does have bell hops and they are more than happy to assist with your luggage - the higher the better views. I love the screened in balconies. Very nice property - will stay again. 4 star.

We stayed in Room 9206. A deluxe studio with 2 comfortable double beds. It is located at the back of the resort but the unattractive view is landscaped with trees and plants. We stayed in Room 9206. A deluxe studio with 2 comfortable double beds. It is located at the back of the resort but the unattractive view is landscaped with trees and plants. The room was spacious and well furnished. Great Wi-Fi and access to streaming services via our TV. Plenty of hot water. Aircon worked well but was noisy. Pools and beach set up are excellent. Sun-loungers are worn but comfortable and always available. The beach is stunning with calm turquoise sea, probably the best location for swimming on Grace Bay Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was serviced daily and kept reasonably clean. As a gay couple we felt welcomed and accepted which is not always the case in the Caribbean. We would definitely return.
