My experience in Jeddah KSA was world class. There’s so much to say about the hospitality and vibe of the country. I want to especially want to thank Moayed at the front desk for his assistance on many levels. As a frequent traveler and visited the Middle East numerous times, KSA and the people were outstanding. Highly recommend the Kingdom and Intercontinental Hotel for travel.

“Amazing hotel and service”
A very beautiful hotel, the staff were excellent and the amenities were of a high standard. We will definitely be staying again. The hotel is 15mins from the airport and also has a great view point to the King Fahd fountain at an easy 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Really comfortable from everything and front desk staff really make very warm welcome with beautiful smile as always for me IHG one of the best hotel company in the world for customer hospitality for make satisfied from everything I highly recommend at Intercontinental for everyone

“Amazing home away from home”
Great service and superb stay. Intercontinental Club staff were also super nice and caring. Thank you. Special mention to Benedict for always going the extra mile to make sure I was happy. I stayed here for 2 months and it felt like home. Would recommend.
