“Better than expected”
The hotel was signposted and very easy to find, especially with a badly behaving sat-nav! The receptionist was polite and attentive. The room was large and clean with a comfortable bed. The hotel was signposted and very easy to find, especially with a badly behaving sat-nav! The receptionist was polite and attentive. The room was large and clean with a comfortable bed. The sleep quality was good, but there is no air-conditioning in the room, this wasn't a problem for us because it is so quiet there, you can sleep with the balcony door wide open. The bar staff were particularly helpful. The breakfast was well stocked, tasty, and, well, excellent, even for Germany. We would love to go back there soon, but unfortunately need to work for a while now because I have used all my holidays!

“Breakfest on our way”
When headed back to home, we still needed a place for breakfest. And because of the national holiday nothing was open. On our way back we found this hotel and asked if we only could have breakfest. When headed back to home, we still needed a place for breakfest. And because of the national holiday nothing was open. On our way back we found this hotel and asked if we only could have breakfest. No problem at all! We had the most friendly welcome and got personally served by the floormanager of that day. Everything was fresh and delicious and for a price that was very friendly. If you're looking for a place were service is a high standard, this is what you're looking for!

This hotel is in a very convenient spot, just a short walk across the river from the town. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, inside and outside, the décor pleasant and the staff very helpful. This hotel is in a very convenient spot, just a short walk across the river from the town. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, inside and outside, the décor pleasant and the staff very helpful. All the young staff worked hard and kept tables tidy and were pleasant dealing with requests. There was a good choice at the breakfast buffet and it was kept topped up. Staff were very vigilant and always available. We were a group so dinner was a limited choice. The quality seemed to go downhill as the days went on but it was adequate. Although we'd ordered in advance there were still a few muddles but they were sorted out. There seemed to be a slight lack of organisation in that department. The bedrooms all had balconies which were a good size. As they were covered you could still sit out if it rained. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. There was a pleasant courtyard where you could have a drink and other diners could eat. I would have liked to give the hotel 5 stars, but for the fact the food wasn't as good by the end of the week as it had been at the beginning. Still a lovely hotel and would be more than happy to stay in again.

“Nice hotel - great location”
The hotel staff were nice both at the front desk and in the dining room for breakfast. Breakfast was pretty good; with free unlimited coffee. The room was OK; although the pillows need to be replaced. The bathroom and shower were pretty good. The location was only a ten-minute walk from the beau… lisää
The hotel staff were nice both at the front desk and in the dining room for breakfast. Breakfast was pretty good; with free unlimited coffee. The room was OK; although the pillows need to be replaced. The bathroom and shower were pretty good. The location was only a ten-minute walk from the beautiful downtown area and the Wi-Fi was very fast and included in the price. This hotel needs an update and there was a distinct odor in our hallway; partially due to the highly-chlorinated swimming pool directly below it. Otherwise this hotel would get a 5-star rating from us.
