The moment I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful and inviting the hotel's interior was. The open layout and welcoming atmosphere immediately made me feel at ease, and the decor perfectly matched my personal style. My room was exceptionally spacious, giving me plenty of room to relax and move around, and the bathroom was much larger than what I've experienced at other hotels. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding staff. They went above and beyond to help me with my various needs and requests, making my stay truly memorable. Highly recommend!

We recently stayed at NH Collection and just wanted to compliment the entire management & the staff for making our staying at your property a memorable and enjoyable experience.  In our opinion, your hotel is a + 4 star hotel and we really loved the architecture & room decor, atrium space, breakfast restaurant space and bar lounge, etc.  Amazing breakfast each morning was presented with many fresh food options & drink selections and with very efficient service.  This experience reminded us of when we went to a + 5 star all-inclusive resort.  All staff were fabulous but wanted to recognize Ms. Scholler & Ms. Ilaria Catulo from guest relations and Mr. Oliver Lomas from breakfast restaurant team for their above and beyond service provided to make our staying at NHC very comfortable. “Very nice hotel with great breakfasts”

The staff at the hotel were all very pleasant and helpful, and the hotel was well situated. Our room was cold (problems with the air conditioning system) and it took a few days to get this sorted out. The choice of food at breakfast was excellent.

I stayed in the old building of this hotel, which beautifully combines historic charm with modern, renovated rooms. The architecture was stunning, and the service was outstanding—the front desk staff quickly arranged a quieter room for me when I mentioned noise concerns. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety and quality, though on Sunday some items ran out early despite breakfast being available until noon. The main downsides were the noisy AC system throughout the building and the tram noise in street-facing rooms. Thankfully, the staff’s attentiveness made the experience more enjoyable by letting me change rooms. If you appreciate a blend of history and modern comfort, this hotel is a great choice, though not the best option for light sleepers.
