“Exceeded expectations”
I was so pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The suite we stayed in was massive, with every amenity you may think of provided. The hotel restaurant was on a level I’ve never witnessed at any other airport hotel before, great food, perfect service and lovely atmosphere. I’d happily stay there agai… lisää

“Highly recommend”
Great hotel, so convenient to the airport, very comfortable and no noise issue. Had a great experience early Dec 2024 when a very helpful Mrs David on reception resolved a booking issue (which was my fault) without hesitation or fuss. Would highly recommend this customer centric hotel.

“Convenient hotel close to the terminal”
A good hotel in a prime location opposite the airport terminal (1). Rooms are spacious with a good range of amenities including Nespresso machine. The spa area was pleasant and relaxing after a day of travelling; for UK/USA visitors be mindful that the wellness is traditionally German so no cloth… lisää
A good hotel in a prime location opposite the airport terminal (1). Rooms are spacious with a good range of amenities including Nespresso machine. The spa area was pleasant and relaxing after a day of travelling; for UK/USA visitors be mindful that the wellness is traditionally German so no clothing is required. The restaurant was good, if somewhat over priced, with a good selection of draft beer. Breakfast was plentiful but the coffee poor.

“Visit to Berlin, last night”
Large clean well appointed room. Good sized bathroom with walk in shower. There was a desk and also a small table in the room. Large wardrobe along with safe, fridge and USB ports. One of the better hotels I stayed in during my trip. The hotel has a very good restaurant and offered a wide select… lisää

“Great location, terrible bed”
Stayed here on my last day in Berlin to catch an early flight. Really clean and modern rooms. Also very close to the airport. I got up at 3 and walked to the terminal. The disappointing part was the bed. My queen bed was actually two joined beds. So when I was in the center I felt like I was sink… lisää
Stayed here on my last day in Berlin to catch an early flight. Really clean and modern rooms. Also very close to the airport. I got up at 3 and walked to the terminal. The disappointing part was the bed. My queen bed was actually two joined beds. So when I was in the center I felt like I was sinking. When I moved to either side I also felt like the beds were sliding and shifting. That was frustrating because I barely got to sleep. On top of that the blanket was smaller than the bed and being a tall guy it felt like a towel was covering me. Long story short the location is excellent! Interior is beautiful but they tried to save money in the wrong places.
