The hotel is modern, chic, classic it is a combination of good taste and elegance in a boutique hotel. The hotel is run like a Diamond the service is top class, since you arrive. we had an amazing front desk advisor his name Clemens , very attentive to all of our needs and questions , knows the area well, poised and elegant , really nice to be greeted by him. He knows how to solve problems to make our stay a nice one. We arrived late on a Monday and hungry and they open the restaurant so we could have dinner , the service at the restaurant was amazing!!! Very personalised service, food at the restaurant was superb a piece of heaven , staff was amazing as well.they work with pleasure to serve and help. We have stayed at many 5 star hotels usually very big ones, The LUC is a solid 5, with Dismonds on Top. The staff has a solution for every problem we presented there was not a single no we can’t do that for all of our requirements . Superb hotel if you are looking to spend some relaxed time in Berlin you will really enjoy The LUC hotel it is a Gem. Enjoy we really are enjoying !! My only suggestion is they need Valet parking . We will come back .

“Central location, friendly people, great food”

Great location, walked everywhere. Great food and very friendly staff, nice contemporary feel. They wrote us a nice note regarding our 30th wedding anniversary. Quite a lot of work on nearby square and streets but no issue with noise in our room which was at the front of the hotel.

Absolutely blew us away. Love Berlin anyway but this was the icing on the cake. Staff very friendly and helpful; from reception, restaurant and bar to housekeeping. Nothing was too much trouble. Room fabulous, bathroom amazing. Went to the restaurant twice, their schnitzel was better mine, which is quite a feat in itself!! Food was sensational. Can not fault this hotel, one of the best hotels we have stayed in over our many years of traveling Europe. Would recommend in a heart beat, treat yourself.

“Nice Berlin hotel”

Fantastic hotel in Berlin, bed was very comfortable, the room was not very big but clean and new. You have an espresso coffee machine and a nice shower. I was there for business and had the possibility to have dinner at the hotel restaurant after 10 pm (it closes at 11 pm) .
