“Fine”
I honestly don't get the bad reviews. I'm currently staying at this hotel and I was apprehensive after some of the moaning on here. However, it's totally fine. Big rooms, clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Great location to jump on the U5 too. Start being more realistic and less moaning!

“Quite decent”
We went to Berlin on short notice for business. It was the cheapest hotel by far for booking it last minute. However, we failed to see the location. We went to Berlin on short notice for business. It was the cheapest hotel by far for booking it last minute. However, we failed to see the location. It was 30 minutes away from Alexanderplatz, but it looked like it took us for ever. The hotel gives you a weird vibe the moment you go in, but I have to say that it is quite decent. It is exactly the way you see it in pictures, only the rooms are a lot brighter. The room was always clean and quite spacious, which I liked a lot. Other than that, there's a supermarket nearby and a few other stores. Honestly, nothing else around.

Staff seemed friendly enough, mostly. Breakfast was great, good selection. The internet access was a decent speed when it worked (can't really fault them for that, might not be their issue.) Staff seemed friendly enough, mostly. Breakfast was great, good selection. The internet access was a decent speed when it worked (can't really fault them for that, might not be their issue.) The room was a decent size, bathroom was nice also. Not that we really used it but the TV in the room was too small and the remote didn't seem to be programmed to the TV correctly. Location of the hotel itself is great! Very close to the ubahn station and a nice area to walk around in!
