The hotel is a good choice for Berlin. The Staff was all pleasant and very helpful to an American with no German language skills. The security seemed very safe here. The Bonvoy perks did not include a free breakfast here and was pleasantly explained upon check in. An Early check in was appreciated after the overnight flight. The room was spotless, and the daily service was excellent. I never touched the thermostat in the room - the temperature was perfect. The location is good- very short walk to the U2 line (connect at Alexanderplatz from the airport), Lidl grocery close walk was convenient for food/snacks, several good restaurants (I suggest Maximillions, Check Point Charlie was a short walk with US Fast food and souvenir shopping. There were 2-3 English TV channels, a couple of news stations and most of the Comedy Central Channel. The breakfast was pricey (26 Euros) but it was outstanding. The food was excellent, fresh and lots of variety. The bar staff in the evening was good, there was a tv around the corner from the bar which was kind of weird and never had sports on. If that was re-arranged, it might get people to stay longer. There was a small market type area that I did not use since the grocery store was convenient. The bed was great, The shower was great. Lighting was great. There could have been additional outlets, but the locations were convenient. There is a small work table and office chair and desk. The work table was perfect for a laptop and it faced the tv instead of the wall. I am happy with my choice for this hotel and would definitely return again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the courtyard hotel Berlin. The hotel is very centrally located being a few minutes walk from the nearest underground station. We really enjoyed our stay at the courtyard hotel Berlin. The hotel is very centrally located being a few minutes walk from the nearest underground station. We found the staff extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms were very spacious, clean and very quiet even with the central location. The hotel has a 24hr gym on the second floor. The breakfast in hotel was excellent providing a wide spread including cooked breakfast, cereals, various breads, juices etc. I would happily recommend staying at this hotel.

“Great location”

This location is very nice and convenient to walk the area. There is a large breakfast selection, but the porridge was cold. We parked our car at the hotel and walked the area. Standard Marriott room with a king bed and usual amenities. We arrived late in the day and ate at the hotel for dinner.
