If you're after a hotel that is great value for money look no further than the NH Berlin City West. We used our stay purely for its excellent location right next to the U Tube stations that get you into Berlin within 10 minutes. We didn't use the restaurant facilities as we were too busy enjoying the culinary delights Berlin had to offer. We were, however, so pleased with the warm welcome offered by all the staff at the hotel, the exceptional standards of room cleanliness and room servicing each day and the comfiest beds you'll ever sleep in. Many thanks to all the team at Hotel NH Berlin City West for making our stay such a pleasant and memorable one...for all the right reasons!

my stay at the NH Hotel was very pleasant. the location is perfect, 150 m from the subway, and therefore connected to everywhere. there are some shops in the near that provide the essentials for your stay. the staff is very friendly and helpful. whenever i needed anything, they were quick to help o… lisää

my stay at the NH Hotel was very pleasant. the location is perfect, 150 m from the subway, and therefore connected to everywhere. there are some shops in the near that provide the essentials for your stay. the staff is very friendly and helpful. whenever i needed anything, they were quick to help out. The lady, who took care of my room, did a splendid job during the whole stay. she was a real blessing for me. I wish to thank her for the professional and perfect care she provided me.

“Short stay in Berlin”

Very nice hotel, a bit old, but good bed and pillows were perfect... Shower certain is very old fashioned for 2020))) Location is good, some asian markets and restaurants + easy U-Bahn connection with 2 lines

“not really a 4* hotel standards...”

This is old hotel that provides only basic services. One lift for 8 floors?... I understand pandemic restrictions but the breakfast was reduced to simply hostel standards. The carpet in our room was torn out, nobody reacted - how can it happen in the chain hotel at all?... Bathroom looks like time … lisää

This is old hotel that provides only basic services. One lift for 8 floors?... I understand pandemic restrictions but the breakfast was reduced to simply hostel standards. The carpet in our room was torn out, nobody reacted - how can it happen in the chain hotel at all?... Bathroom looks like time stopped there in early 80s. Should be described as max 2* with aircon, no more to say.
