Great stay at Intercontinental Paris. The whole team was very friendly (concierge and Front desk) and both rooms were really clean, great job everyone. We will definitely return at this hotel next time we will come to paris. Central location

Jeremie from the concierge was so kind and helpful, he helped me arrange a birthday surprise for my husband, and even provided us with great tips about city exploration with limited time. It's always the little things that makes all the difference :)

We recently had a wonderful two night stay at this beautiful hotel for a quick trip to Paris, and were looked after to a legendary degree by all the staff. We had a lovely stay, the room was very nice and spacious for Paris bedrooms. Concierge and staff were very welcoming, professional and extremely friendly. Reception staff were superb and nothing was too much trouble for them. It really was a very special visit for us and we would like to thank everyone involved. We will be coming in the summer and hope to be able to stay there with you. Franck was the highlight of the trip so a special thanks to him.

“DO NOT HESITATE TO STAY HERE”

This is the smallest intercontinental hotel in the world only 50 some rooms. Because of that, I feel like the staff knows you. This is the smallest intercontinental hotel in the world only 50 some rooms. Because of that, I feel like the staff knows you. We were welcomed and we had a beautiful room with a small terrace overlooking the street. We had heard the room was small but found it more than adequate. The closet was huge. Loved the nepresso coffee maker, robes, TOWELS all the amenities were very nice. The location was superb, couple of blocks to the Arc De Triomphe, walking distance to train station and metro, we did a lot of sightseeing in our two full days in Paris (should have been more.) The staff, concierge, front desk, the bellhop all went above and beyond for us. The concierge got us into a restaurant last minute, and I think we got best seat in the house. The front desk people always asked if we needed anything, etc. and the bellhop was there to assist when you would leave and arrive, loading bags, holding doors, etc… If you are considering staying here, I strongly suggest you do!
