Friendly staff. Be prepared for the usual tiny lift. Breakfast was available for €7 though we did not take this option. In a lively neighbourhood so be prepared for street noise until late.

“Great hotel especially if you're only staying one night”

Me and my son stayed here for one night in August when we visited Paris for the Olympics. We were really pleased to get this hotel and thought it was very reasonably priced considering the Olympics. Me and my son stayed here for one night in August when we visited Paris for the Olympics. We were really pleased to get this hotel and thought it was very reasonably priced considering the Olympics. If I recall we paid approx £100 for this room (not including breakfast). My primary concern was: is it clean and is it comfortable? And the answer is yes and yes in terms of the bed though the room was let down by not having any air con or fan available but thankfully I brought my own small fan. Although we were staying one night we were really pleased that we had a balcony which was nice to go out onto in the morning. As for the room itself it had good charger coverage, good free Wifi and the shower was good. I should also add that while there is noise coming from the street I did find the double glazed French doors were very good at keeping most of the sound out. I would certainly stay here again especially if I wasnt visiting in the summer. Couple of other things worth knowing about: 1. Nearest Metro is a short walk away. Its Saint-Georges thats on the M12 line. 2. There is a wonderful bakery just up from the hotel called Maison Arnaud Delmontel. 3. We went to Bistro Smiley near the hotel which serves excellent food.

“Fantastic base for Paris city break”

Fantastically situated hotel.. well refurbed, clean and nicely priced hotel. Excellent base for seeing the rest of the city or just pottering in the area. Clean room and shower actually had good pressure… so start of a good day guaranteed.

“You Get What You Pay For”

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. It's in a really convenient location - it was easy to get to the metro and there were lots of options for restaurants and bakeries nearby. I have mixed feelings about this hotel. It's in a really convenient location - it was easy to get to the metro and there were lots of options for restaurants and bakeries nearby. The issue I have is that the shower flooded every time we used it... as in the entire bathroom became a lake and the water went out into the hallway. We had to resort to turning the water on to get wet, turning it off to lather up, turning it on to rinse and then repeating. It was a bit of a pain. Also, it's a tiny bathroom, but that's to be expected in Europe. Additionally, we had some very unruly neighbors in the next room over who partied until 3AM the first two nights we were there. The hotel staff didn't do anything when I initially complained (at 1AM the 2nd night), but they did move the people to another room for the remainder of their stay. I definitely appreciated that.
