“Small budget hotel, good location”

First of all I want to say what a super location for the centre this hotel is. First of all I want to say what a super location for the centre this hotel is. The staff were really friendly, as we had not booked the under carpark it was full but the carforre opposite has a carpark . Positives , bed comfortable and air con very good in room. Be aware it is a 3 star and the rooms are very small, think it’s smallest room we’ve ever stayed in but as a 1 night Stopover is fine . The hotel does have a pool and spa area- be aware this is not complimentary but €20 per person . No idea what it’s like as we didn’t use. We enjoyed the breakfast , decent continental which I think was €13 each. If you want a comfortable well located short stay budget hotel, this is a good choice.

“Good Customer Service”

The hotel is in a central location, within easy walking distance of Samaur. The room was nicely decorated, however we had an issue with the shower flooding. A big thanks to Logan who provided excellent customer service and resolved the issue.

Spent one night. Well located property within walking distance of the river, the main sites and several shops and restaurants. Reasonably quiet. Most rooms can't be reached directly by elevator: to get to mine (2 floors above ground) from the elevator landing I had to go through two heavy doors, several steps up and down and a short winding staircase in front of the room door. The room was tiny and windowless; it had a skylight. Comfortable bed and pillows. Sufficient number of well located power outlets. Amenities included an electric kettle. A/C worked well. Tiny bathroom with shower cabin only approx 60 cm wide. No shelf space in the shower to place own toiletries. Good water pressure. Wifi worked well. Average breakfast buffet.

This Kyriad hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Saumur, loads of restaurants in the doorstep, the Loire a very short walk away. This Kyriad hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Saumur, loads of restaurants in the doorstep, the Loire a very short walk away. Parking in the Carrefour car park opposite is €9 for the night (the reception staff didn't seem able to access the underground hotel car park but Carrefour is convenient soo problem). Our room was tiny, filled by the small double bed, and the bathroom so small the hairdryer on the wall required careful circumvention. Access was purely by a series of steep stairs, so if there is any physical difficulty in negotiating stairs make sure your needs are clear when booking. This was a three star experience in a three star hotel, but the location is perfect.
