Summary Great staff Great food Great hotel This hotel I can’t recommend enough, family, friends or other this was a fantastic find, one I will definitely return to. The staff could not have been more friendly, nothing seemed to be a problem, everything was done with a massive smile. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was amazing and there was a new page to the menu every day, whilst keeping the favourites. The bar and restaurant team are excellent, the service was fast, attentive and again nothing was a problem. We soon settled in and felt very welcome and we were soon joking with the staff. Our purpose was to ski, we could not ask for a more suitable position, with Skiset behind running the ski and boot storage along with the rental, to the lift station and ski pass office above the hotel. The noise level is very quiet and only being a 7 minute down hill walk into the main part of town you do not feel isolated. Again town is friendly, actually everywhere in Megeve seams to be so friendly. Sadly we did not get to say goodbye to the bar and restaurant staff in person, it was sad to leave the hotel. I look forward to returning.

Afre I had booked ,I had a few questions concerning our ski hire.The staff was exceptional helpful.The minute we arrived the staff was very friendly.The reception desk did our restaurant and taxi reservation.(which is not easy in Megeve) The room was lovely furnished nothing to complanin about. Afre I had booked ,I had a few questions concerning our ski hire.The staff was exceptional helpful.The minute we arrived the staff was very friendly.The reception desk did our restaurant and taxi reservation.(which is not easy in Megeve) The room was lovely furnished nothing to complanin about. The restaurant service staff was perfect.Our waiter in the evening was very polite and help us choosing savoyard menues.:)The food was always very tasty,one night we had fondue. The ski hire next to the hotel is another plus point.You can reach the ski lifts in 5 to 7 minutes.What else does one want??? Thank you ,we will be coming next year again. There could be some hooks in the room to hang up your wet ski garment.

We picked this hotel mainly due to its location so close to the Rochebrune telepherique which is 2-3 minutes walk (but up some quite steep steps) away. We opted for a junior suite room which was really nice, very comfortable, well equipped, with plenty of wardrobe and storage space and generally… lisää

We picked this hotel mainly due to its location so close to the Rochebrune telepherique which is 2-3 minutes walk (but up some quite steep steps) away. We opted for a junior suite room which was really nice, very comfortable, well equipped, with plenty of wardrobe and storage space and generally spacious. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The bathroom was extremely well equipped. Breakfast was very comprehensive and of a good quality, although while it was perfectly good we thought the evening meal was quite expensive for what was on offer. Mind you location needs to be considered! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and always greeted us with a smile. Only negative was no boot room so had to use shop next door. All in, a good choice for a conveniently located skiing hotel and one we would use again.

Our third stay.We no longer ski, but find the location very good to make use of the ski buses. Rooms are small but comfortable. (I wish there were some coat hooks, other than in the bathroom.) Our third stay.We no longer ski, but find the location very good to make use of the ski buses. Rooms are small but comfortable. (I wish there were some coat hooks, other than in the bathroom.) The cuisine is of a high standard for dinners. But in particular what keeps us returning is that the staff are fantastic, efficient, attentive and smiling. Thank you Lionel, Coralie, Fer, and Susanna, in the dining room and Clementine and Esther at reception.
