“Done it’s purpose”

Didn’t pay a lot to stay here , basically a bed and bathroom for the holiday but you get what you pay for . Reception staff were so nice and were so helpful . Only fault that annoyed us was staff didnt change towels the whole time we were there .

Just finished my stay at this hotel. In terms of location it’s amazing, just a 6 minute walk to the main square and 10-15 minute walk to the buses and trains and the shoppings centre! There’s also teams that are close by! Rooms are comfortable, with everything you need (we just bought extras like shampoo and conditioner as we were there for 4 days and wanted our own, all very cheap to pick up in the local shop). The only downfall was the noise, and not from outside the hotel. The walls seemed to be very thin, which meant all the drunken groups of stags coming home at 4/5 in the morning led to us not getting much sleep (not ideal on a city break with lots of walking to do) our room was just behind reception, so anyone doing self check in late at night we could hear them clearly and a lot of the time they weren’t even trying to be quiet baring in mind it was 4 in the morning (at one point we actually had to ask people to keep it down). But as we got a really good deal, I suppose you get what you pay for!! Other than the noise and being kept awake it was ideal, but I suppose krakow is known as the stag central of Europe for a reason!
