The location is EXCELLENT, the staff is very helpful, my room was clean and well appointed, although it had a refridgerator that was not functional - I had a great deck and breakfast was fine.

“OK Choice for Stopover”

The hotel is located about a 10 minute downhill walk from the town centre with street parking available on our Sunday afternoon arrival. It is not well signposted and took some finding. The hotel is located about a 10 minute downhill walk from the town centre with street parking available on our Sunday afternoon arrival. It is not well signposted and took some finding. Service at reception was friendly and efficient. Our room was clean and of a decent size, although the facilities were somewhat dated and would benefit from decoration and modernisation. The buffet breakfast was adequate and overall the hotel was reasonably priced. Viseu, with its history and role as a regional centre, is worthwhile visiting and perhaps merits more than a one night stay. On a Sunday evening the choice of restaurants that were open was limited, and we may have been better advised to choose the tapas-style restaurant directly opposite the hotel rather than seek more atmospheric locations in the historic centre.

“A good 3 starts hotel”

An OK cleaness, maintenance, breakfast and appearance, but for the price paid (31eur one night) is a good price quality ratio! I've been in 4stars hotels in portugal with the same quality as this one. .

“Central location but needing some improvements”

This hotel is quite well located in Viseu; you can visit the whole city walking. The staff is helpful and friendly. If you prioritize hotel commodities probably you´ll be able to find more modern and more comfortable hotels in this city. Enjoy!

“Old and in need of renovation”

The hotel is very well located, in viseu citycentre, however it is very old and worn. Cracks in the walls, the wallpaper is torn in many places and it still has carpeting. The price is not too cheap, but it's the cheapest option in Viseu
