We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Hotel. Our first time in Lisbon while celebrating our 35th Wedding Anniversary! We arrived early in the morning the hotel front desk man greeted us at the front door taking our luggage and giving us a warm welcome. Our room was lovely and a surprise note with cake and bubbly were on the table to wish us a Happy Anniversary and a great stay! The staff were so friendly and I would like to give a shout out to Matheus, Mafalda, Kadu, Enzo, Mariama, you all gave us outstanding service and always greeted us with warm smiles, and genuine friendliness which made us feel instantly welcome! The Breakfast every morning provided both hot and cold items and loved the delicious fresh teas, juices and cappuccino. Our room was very clean and always had clean towels and cold bottled water. The location was perfect and felt safe walking at night. Thank-you all! I will certainly recommend your hotel to my clients. We wish you all the very best and we will return one day to see you.

“I highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Lisbon!”

Excellent hotel, fabulous breakfast. The breakfast was hands-down the best we had anywhere in Portugal, with both hot and cold options. The room was comfortable, we were given a room upgrade without asking for one, and several extras (bag, water, snacks, espresso, etc.) which were nice. The part I… lisää

Excellent hotel, fabulous breakfast. The breakfast was hands-down the best we had anywhere in Portugal, with both hot and cold options. The room was comfortable, we were given a room upgrade without asking for one, and several extras (bag, water, snacks, espresso, etc.) which were nice. The part I loved the most was the tropical courtyard with pool, just gorgeous, green, and private. The staff were excellent and very helpful and welcoming.

Excellent hotel and a great location! Staff friendly and pool area was nice to chill about after a long day in Lisbon. Breakfast choices were plentiful and service was always good. Rooms - room was great small but convenient (bigger than we thought) coffee machine in room and good amenities only … lisää

Excellent hotel and a great location! Staff friendly and pool area was nice to chill about after a long day in Lisbon. Breakfast choices were plentiful and service was always good. Rooms - room was great small but convenient (bigger than we thought) coffee machine in room and good amenities only issue was the shower flooding every time we used it. Asked for Iron/board this was brought up right away. Overall a great design hotel and would definitely stay again if we visit Lisbon.

This is a dangerous place for tourists. You will not want to leave the hotel. I only stayed one night to rest from a bad hostel. This is a dangerous place for tourists. You will not want to leave the hotel. I only stayed one night to rest from a bad hostel. I was given a free bottle of wine for the restaurant downstairs upon check in. I had a room with a window view but I went straight to the shower, used all the products and hoped in bed. A knock on the door, complimentary pastel de Nata's. Ate them in bed. Mini fridge stocked with Arcadia chocolate. Ate them too. I was in heaven. I ordered room service from the restaurant, Animal, and had the broccoli dish, the corn dish and the bread. Let me say, that was the best I've ever seen vegetables plated and tasting with an experiment of ingredients I've never tried. I ate all of it in bed too. I also had complimentary breakfast which was filling and nice and quiet with the garden nook. When I checked out I told the guy I needed to pay for the chocolates and he told me not to worry about it. So nice!! Oh and they gave me a snack bag with water bottles and breakfast bars! I was so well looked after!
