“Very nice, professional attendance, attentive staff and well-localized”
Very nicely located right in the center of the city, close to everything central. Spacious rooms with all needs for a stay such as mine. Cleaning service is very nice, rooms and bathrooms. “Simple but friendly”
Considering it is as a hostel listed, you'll be surprised by the hotel-like atmosphere from "way-back-when". As others have already written, the reception is in the second floor and there is no elevator, but with small bags and a sportive spirit , this shouldn't be a problem. The breakfast room is… lisää

“Lack of efficiency”
The hostel is not bad, is clean and the beds are comfortable. There are some differences between rooms that should (must) be reflected in the price, i.e., TV LCD, balcony, air conditioner etc. The major problem was the lack of professionalism to deal with on-line reservations and check-ins.
