Excellent place to stay. The room was good. A/C worked good. Shower worked good. The hotel was much bigger than we expected. The restaurant was absolutely good. With "breakfast included" I wasn't expecting much, but when they brought the plates out, I was shocked and immediately regretted not picking something else (in a good way.) Attention was good everywhere, too. Special thanks to Abdiel, one of the reception supervisors, who took very good care of us.

“Great location, beautiful hotel”
Beautiful hotel in an excellent location in Valladolid. Close to ADO, cenotes and tourist sites. The standard rooms are comfortable but a little dark. Breakfast good with lots of food but it can be busy. Drinks and snacks at the pool bar are expensive.

Beautiful centrally located hotel with colorful tile in the main room on the floor and in the bathroom. The hotel offers a pool, hot tub, room service and two on site restaurants. Beautiful centrally located hotel with colorful tile in the main room on the floor and in the bathroom. The hotel offers a pool, hot tub, room service and two on site restaurants. Breakfast in the downstairs Mexican restaurant was delicious. The upstairs restaurant has a lovely view of the cathedral of San Gervasio and offers an international menu. At the Don Diablo’s (rooftop restaurant) I enjoyed a rich elevated macaroni and cheese with chicken and my sister enjoyed a delicious chicken dish. Both were yummy and not long before devoured. As the first to enjoy their tequila tasting on site, within their private party room which can host 18 guests for dinner… the stunning environment made the experience that more amazing! Alejandro hosted the tasting, pairing both special salts and fruit with each tequila. We had a great time and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The staff for the hotel and restaurants were lovely. All more than accommodating for this picky eater and friendly. Things to know: the rooms do not offer a refrigerator. Although no sign was in the bathroom there are sanitary restriction which require all paper or other non-bio materials to be placed in the waste bin. Suggestions for improvements: have staff leave AC on low to help ensure mildew does not occur in the rooms. When we arrived the room had a very musty smell. It took several hours with AC blasting to help clear it out. Note: I have allergies to molds and mildews so I may be extra sensitive. We enjoyed our time at the hotel and walking in the city.

“Just okay”
We stayed for one night as part of our Intrepid Tour. The rooms were okay but the remote control for the AC did not work. The wifi was spotty. The pool was already closed at 7pm when I wanted to go for a swim. The rooms did not have refrigerators either. At least the hotel was clean and quiet, and… lisää

“Well situated”
A hotel located in a convenient position for Valladolid but a bit tired and dated (not the Don Diablo restaurant upstairs though). The staff were friendly but the service on the whole was generally quite slow and inattentive……………………………..
