“Perfecto”
Animation program was perfect! Beautiful location, the hotel is by the sea. They are very kind over there. There are lot of things to do. The beach is not so crowded, so you can enjoy whatever you want. Everyone is very helpful, like its supposed to in Spain.

Hotel was good . Nice and clean and rooms cleaned every day . You know a good hotel when you don't need to call the front desk during your stay. Comfortable beds. Spacious room. Good price. It is not close to the downtown area. But in our case it was not necessary. Hoy Water at the time it was needed.

My husband and I stayed here while on a business trip and found the room very inviting. We chose the jacuzzi room with microwave and refrigerator and were very comfortable. My husband and I stayed here while on a business trip and found the room very inviting. We chose the jacuzzi room with microwave and refrigerator and were very comfortable. The room was on the high-way side of the hotel so there was a lot of road noise at night, and the waiter at the restaurant seemed grumpy, but other than those small details everything else was great. It is quite a ways from downtown Puebla but there is plenty of public transportation (buses, taxis, uber) to get you wherever you want to go. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
