The hotel could really be 5 star. The rooms are clean, and beds are good. The staff were excellent all the way. I would stay again but I would take a taxi to another restaurant. The hotel could really be 5 star. The rooms are clean, and beds are good. The staff were excellent all the way. I would stay again but I would take a taxi to another restaurant. I had Mediterranean Chicken for supper. It was to be a spinach stuff breast. I think it was a spinach spread. Very light on the spinach. A quarter of the breast was so over cooked it was like dry wood. The coffee was good. My wife had a hamburger and fries. Her fries were under cooked and tasted like the oil was old. We are not hard to please and I rarely send a plate back. But we left food on our plate. I wonder if the chicken chunk made a bang when it hit the trash can. So we tried breakfast. The food was all good. And service was all good. All the staff are good. But $500 pesos for two buffet breakfast is an American price un Mexico. I think for Mexico that is way over priced. Maybe I am already too displeased with the supper too accept $500 for two breakfast. So go ahead and stay there, but take a taxi and go find a place to eat. There are lots in the area.

“An OK place for a short stay in Hermosillo”

Pros: The restaurants in the hotel (breakfast and dinner) were very good, not quite excellent, but very good. Pros: The restaurants in the hotel (breakfast and dinner) were very good, not quite excellent, but very good. The climate control in the room worked excellently and there was very little noise in my room. Housekeeping was efficient and the room seemed clean to me. I did not get to use the fitness center due to my work schedule but it was equipped well enough to get in a decent workout. The front desk hotel staff were very customer focused and cordial. Areas for Improvement: It would be nice to have wash cloths or face cloths in the shower (there were only bath towels and one hand towel provided each day). I needed some peso so it would have been nice to have had a reasonable exchange rate offered at the front desk. A shuttle to/from the airport would also have been nice. The breakfast in the restaurant was good, but I would have preferred to have had some regular scrambled eggs available too.
