“Amazing help”
We were visiting Guanajuato for a week. We had breakfast at the La Abadia traditional, but were not staying in the hotel. On our last day we had multiple issues getting a ride to the airport. Alex, helped us coordinate our ride. We are so thankful for his time and all the effort he put into helping… lisää

“Not the same as the Internet shows”
We had 3 rooms; they had the basic, beds were comfortable, bathroom had the usual amenities, in one of the rooms the air conditioner was not working, and the hotel changed the room. 2 other rooms had a strong humid smell. Breakfast was not included in the price but was good. I'm sure that there … lisää
We had 3 rooms; they had the basic, beds were comfortable, bathroom had the usual amenities, in one of the rooms the air conditioner was not working, and the hotel changed the room. 2 other rooms had a strong humid smell. Breakfast was not included in the price but was good. I'm sure that there has to be other rooms with better conditions than the one we had on the first floor. We asked if there was a business center available, but they don't have it. There is a person that works there by the name of Jose Luis that has an excellent customer service and constantly was trying to help with everything we needed. The waitress that served our breakfast the first day was very friendly and did a very good job, I'm sure her name is Gloria.

“Not a good one....NOTHING LOOKS AS GOOD AS THEY DO ON THE PICTURES”
we stayed for one night, it is far from downtown... at the beginning they put us in a room without a window, no wifi reception and it smelled funky, we asked for them to change the room and they did, the rooms are old, the TV is super small, NOTHING LOOKS AS GOOD AS THEY DO ON THE PICTURES....
